Quotes and contracts
Quotes are free and non-binding until accepted in writing (email is enough). Prices depend on volume, device mix, sites, wipe vs destroy preference and residual outlook (ladder A–D). Invoices show VAT under ENAMIA BV, BE 0789.604.744.
Services
We provide B2B IT refresh, secure collection, certified data wipe or physical destruction, refurbishment/resale and recycling documentation across Belgium and France. Certificates and reports are part of the service unless the quote says otherwise.
Residual value
Residual payout follows the A–D economics described on our site and confirmed in your quote. Destroy-all projects usually carry €0 residual. Payment of any client share is due within about one week after sale of the relevant hardware.
Client responsibilities
You confirm you are authorised to hand over the equipment, remove accounts/MDM where needed, and disclose any media that must be destroyed rather than wiped.
Liability
We take chain-of-custody and certified handling seriously. Liability is limited to direct damages and to the fees paid for the project concerned, except where Belgian law forbids limitation (e.g. fraud or bodily harm).
Governing law
Belgian law applies. Courts of the Brussels area have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules if ever applicable.
